Notice of Lease Termination by Landlord, is a letter, send to the tenant for the termination of the lease. The tenant may have taken a residential property on lease and signed the Lease Agreement with the Landlord. But it is possible that the tenant may have violated the provisions in the Lease Contract. For example, the Lease Agreement signed by the Tenant clearly stipulates that, the tenant can not sublease or sublet the property to the third party, but as the tenant has sublet the residential premises, without the consent of the landlord, he has breached the term of the Agreement. The signing of the Notice by the landlord makes it legally valid and binding on the tenant. On receiving the Letter, the tenant has no other alternative, except to quit or vacate the leased premises. If he does not quit the premises on his own free will then, landlord is free to take any suitable legal action he thinks fit for the eviction of the tenant, after the lease termination date.
