Broad cast television has set certain rules and guidelines for the nudity but movies have no such restrictions. This made it possible to cast scenes which can be termed as nudity. But as such scenes are undesirable to many people and specially teenagers and minors, movie reviews and rating systems are introduced to classify the movie as per the watch-able scenes, nudity, violence and language in the film.
The ratings (G, PG, PG-13, R, and NC-17) are determined by the amount of adult content or nudity in a film. These rating process are carried out after taking into consideration the adult scenes depicting in the movie. These rating put forward the generalized age category for which the film is appropriate.
Again, any film has particular parameter for the nudity scenes, which is set by the rider. No film can put forward nudity scenes in the movie without the due consent of the actor. The actor is informed about the scene and parameter under which he is to act and his/her permission is sought to act nude/semi nude under specific parameter in the film.
Any movie planning to enact nudity scenes should execute Nudity Rider for Actor Agreement, through which due consent of the actor is sought.
Such agreement is used for general movies and is not applicable for pornography films as these films should meet the requirements of Section 2257.
The following given Nudity Rider for Actor Agreement shows the nature of such agreements entered between Production Company and the actor to act in the film in nude or semi nude postures:

Reference is made to the Agreement dated ____________________ (the "Agreement") between you, ("Player") and ____________________ ("Production Company") with respect to your acting services in connection with the theatrical motion picture currently entitled ____________________ (the "Picture").
1. NUDITY SEX ACTS:
It is understood between the parties that, with respect to the services to be rendered by Player, for the consideration set forth in the Agreement, such services shall require Player to appear nude and/or semi-nude, and/or perform designated sexual act(s), as the case may be, in the Picture. The general description of the extent of such nudity, and the type of physical contact required in such designated sex acts, is attached as Exhibit "A."
2. PLAYER’S CONSENT:
Player agrees and consents to render the services set forth above and hereby affirms that Player agrees to appear nude and/or semi-nude and to perform such designated sex act(s).
3. OWNERSHIP OF PERFORMANCE:
Pursuant to terms and conditions of the Agreement, Production Company owns all results and proceeds of Player’s services rendered pursuant to the Agreement and has the exclusive right to use, license and exploit the Picture and Player’s performance therein, throughout the world in perpetuity in any and all media whether now known or hereafter devised.
All terms and provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect without modification or change and the Agreement is hereby affirmed.
