Serve Eviction Notice Form for the Breach of Rent Agreement

If your tenant breaches the Rent Contract or does not pay the rent, what course of action can you take? 7 days

• Default in Rent Payment
• Damage to Property
• Health and / or safety hazard of the property
• Illegal use or drug activity in the rented or leased premises.

30 Days

• Breach of any clause in the lease, which necessitate termination
• Failing vacant the property after the lease expires
• Trespassing

The landlord should issue an advance eviction notice to the tenant for these reasons. The notice can be handed in person, by first class or registered mail, through another person, residing in the rented property and who is of majority age. If the notice is not mailed the, acknowledgment receipt must be taken for the delivery of the notice.

• Remedial action time period
• Signature of the landlord
• Date of the Notice
